An important part of understanding your experience as a Housing Trust tenant is gathering feedback through the annual satisfaction survey. The 2023 survey is being conducted by Community Housing Industry Association NSW, the peak body for community housing providers in NSW.
We encourage you to complete the anonymous survey and tell us what we do well, and where we can improve.
How do I complete the survey?
There are two (2) options to complete the survey;
- Complete and return the enclosed hardcopy survey to CHIA NSW using the supplied reply-paid envelope
- Visit www.communityhousing.org.au/HT22 and complete the survey online.
When do I need to complete the survey by?
The closing date for the survey is 15th September 2023, Friday.
$100 Gift Voucher
Everyone who completes a survey will go into a draw for a chance to win a $100 gift voucher. There are ten (10) prizes in total, and the winning entries will be notified at the conclusion of the survey period.
