Housing Trust was proudly awarded Business Illawarra’s Outstanding Community Organisation 2022 and Team Leader Luke Attenborough was named Business Illawarra’s Outstanding Employee 2022.
This is the second year in a row a Housing Trust employee has been recognised by their peers with Housing Trust CEO Michele Adair winning 2021 Business Illawarra Outstanding Leader.
There were so many worthy finalists nominated for these awards. We celebrate them and their contribution to our region.
Housing Trust Chief Operating Officer Amanda Winks said that following consultation with members and elders of the local Aboriginal community the new development project at Dudley Street Wollongong was named “Warruya,” a Dharawal word meaning aunty.
Amanda Winks, the chief operating officer, is promoted to chief executive officer from Monday, July 1 while current CEO Michele Adair will become managing director.
