Housing Trust is closed from 12pm on Friday 22nd December 2023. We re-open at 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2023.
We are still responding to urgent repairs and maintenance which include:
- No hot water
- Broken toilet
- Serious roof leak
- Oven and stove not working
- Gas leak
- No gas, electricity or water
- Dangerous electrical faults
- Serious storm or fire damage
- Insecure of unsafe property.
If you have an urgent repair, please call 4254 1166 and press 1 to be transferred to our After-Hours emergency repair center.
Housing Trust will review and respond to your email as soon as we can following the 2rd January 2024. We wish you a happy and safe holiday season.
