Enter our LEGO Robo Camp Competition for a chance to win a spot in Project Bucephalus Introduction to Robotics workshop this school holidays!
What is Robo Camp?
Robo Camp is a fun and engaging LEGO® Robotics workshop designed for students aged 7-17. No prior experience is necessary! Project Bucephalus Introduction to Robotics course spans two days during the October school holidays at the Wollongong TAFE campus.

- Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Location: Wollongong TAFE Campus, Building X
How to enter
For your chance to win:
Design your dream robot! Your entry can be:
- Hand-drawn
- A 3D model
- A LEGO build (if you have the materials)
Submission Instructions:
- Draw, design or create your submission.
- Fill in the form below and upload a photo of your creation.
- That’s it! You’re entered.
Judging Criteria
Winners will be chosen based on imagination, not skill! Share the cool features you’d love to include and tell us the story behind your robot.

- Age restrictions apply: entrants must be aged 7-17 during the course.
- Entrants must be approved tenants of a Housing Trust property.
- Participants must be available on 9th and 10th October 2024 (course dates are non-transferable).
- Transportation to and from Wollongong TAFE Campus is the responsibility of the participant’s carer; travel expenses are not included.
- Housing Trust will cover registration and participation fees for the winners.
- All entries must be received by midnight, Wednesday 2nd October.
- Winners will be contacted via email or phone. If we cannot reach you within two working days, your prize may be reallocated.
- One entry per child is permitted.
- Entry is FREE!
- Winners will be asked to be photographed, please discuss any concerns with Joanne or Izzy.
- Your data will be handled according to Housing Trust’s Privacy Policy, with necessary details shared with Project Bucephalus.

Introduction to Robotics
- Date: 9th – 10th October (Wed-Thurs)
- Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Normal cost: $150 (including GST)
What You’ll Learn: - Basic principles of robotics and programming
- Building robots that react to their environment
- Participate in the fun “Robot Sumo” challenge on the second day!
