Housing Trust requires rental properties across the Illawarra.
If you’re a landlord with single or multiple properties or a real estate agent we’d love to hear from you. Your lease will be with Housing Trust and we will sub-let the property to tenants who are currently awaiting social housing.

Guaranteed Rent
Your rent is guaranteed by Housing Trust so you’ll receive prompt payment every month even if the property is empty or the tenant is in arrears.
Five Easy Steps
Step 1
Contact us to find out if our leasehold program is suitable for you.
Step 2
We will visit your property to see if it meets the needs of our clients.
Step 3
We will discuss our rental budget with you to agree on a weekly rent charge.
Step 4
If your property is suitable we will sign a lease, pay bond and 2 month’s rent.
Step 5
Your rental payments will be deposited monthly to your account.
Managing Tenants
We provide all our new tenants with an initial induction to their property and make regular visits to inspect the condition of the property. All tenancies are managed in line with the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
