Strategic Plan 2022-2025
Our strategic plan for 2022-2025 focuses on four key strategies, with customers, including current and future tenants, at the heart of all we do. The four strategies are:
- Advocate critically and independently to influence the housing market
- Partner to support our customers
- Leverage and grow as a social enterprise
- Providers of innovative and sustainable rental housing
The strategic plan focuses the efforts of all team members to make our vision, “a decent home for everyone”, a reality. Each strategy has goals and key performance indicators, which set out how we will achieve each goal and measures to track our progress to success.
