Customer Service Standards

Housing Trust’s Strategic Plan defines quality customer service as:

  • Providing homes tenants can be proud of
  • Delivering timely, reliable service and support
  • Involving them in the decisions that affect them and;
  • Supporting and enabling tenants life choices

In line with this definition, Housing Trust have released a Customer Service Standards to clearly outline our commitments to Housing Trust customers and community, including information on how we plan to engage, inform and demonstrate transparency to our customers and community.  Our Customer Service Standards also outline Housing Trust response times, and information on how you can help us meet our customer service standards.
