In August, Housing Trust completed five new homes at 32 Eager Street, Corrimal.
The homes are a mixture of social and affordable housing, with four townhouses and one villa.
Eager Street is conveniently positioned within walking distance to public transport links and close to supermarkets and shops.
Please note applications for affordable housing were filled as of 29th August 2019.
A record 53 Housing Trust tenants aged five to 50-plus were awarded the annual Tylah West Education Scholarship this week (15 April), marking a significant increase from the first three scholarships in 2016 and more than doubling last year’s number.
The Traders in Purple development is unusual in that it sections off 25 per cent of homes for locals, first-home buyers, essential workers and affordable housing.
