Twice a year, we review your household income. We use this information to calculate your rebated rent.  If your rebated rent is going to change, we will give you at least fourteen days notice.  If you do not give us all the information we need to assess your household income and calculate your rebated rent, you will be charged market rent for your property.

Please let us know within fourteen days if your household income changes , as this will probably affect your rebated rent.
